Author Guidelines
General
High quality papers for review and possible publication are invited for submission. Academic papers may be either conceptual/theoretical or empirical. Papers submitted for publication are peer reviewed and must be written in English.
Every submitted manuscript is considered for publication based on the understanding that it is not under consideration elsewhere for publication at the same time and that it is the original work of the Author(s).
Mode of Submission
Every manuscript should be submitted through the Manuscript Submission Form. Acknowledgement of the submission is automatically given and a copy of the submission is sent to the registered email of the corresponding Author.
Manuscript Format and Structure
Typically, the maximum length of a research paper varies between 15 and 25 pages on A4-sized paper (margin: left = 0.9", right = top = bottom = 0.7") with Times New Roman font and 10 point font size and single spaced.
The structure of a manuscript consists of: title, author name, author affiliation, author e-mail address, abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, results and discussion, conclusion, acknowledgements (if any) and references.
Title
A good title should be concise, accurate, and informative and should inform the reader exactly what the article is all about. The manuscript article title should not exceed nineteen (19) words and should be in title case letters.
Abstract
The manuscript should include a one-paragraph abstract of not more than 300 words, which should have brief introduction, aim, methodology, important result(s), conclusion(s) and recommendation(s) (if any).
Keywords
From 5 and 7 keywords or phrases, separated by comma and ended with a full stop, should be given below the abstract on a separate line.
Introduction
This section should contain introductory remarks and background to the study with relevant literature and citations.
Methodology (Materials and Methods)
This section should provide information on how the study was carried out. The procedures adopted should be adequately reported. The methodology should be presented using past passive voice.
Results and Discussion
The findings of the study should be presented with clarity and precision. It is advisable to present the results using past tense. The results should then be discussed by comprehensively analysing and interpreting trends and relationships observed in them. They should be interpreted and compared to the results of previous researchers on the subject. This section may also be divided into subsections with each having a concise subheading.
Conclusion
The major conclusions drawn from the findings of the study should be presented in this section. This should highlight the significance of the study and show how the research problem has been solved. The author could also point out any remaining gap in knowledge for further research.
Acknowledgements
The authors could acknowledge any support received in the course of carry out the study. This could be in the form of funding for the research or assistance provided by someone.
Citations and References
Citations and references should be arranged using the IEEE style only, and all the research papers cited in the manuscript should be included in the reference section.
